We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, here is how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of your subscription payment — including the $1.95 7-Day Access fee — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Renewals

Refunds for renewed billing periods ($39.95 per month) are granted within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided the renewed access was not used.

How to cancel

You can cancel in one click from the Manage page linked in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not need to email us to cancel, and you do not need to give a reason.
